Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As you all know, Sister Jones was diagnosed with a brain tumor in September of last year. Upon this diagnosis, she underwent surgery to remove the tumor which was followed with a series of chemo and radiation treatments. After a recent MRI, the Jones family received word this past Monday that the tumor has come back. Sister Jones’ Oncologist has several treatment options for her but choosing the right one will be difficult. Our faith and prayers can and will help brothers and sisters. We as a bishopric are asking each of you as fellow ward members to join us in a SPECIAL WARD FAST this Sunday, January 6th, on behalf of Sister Jones, her family, and her doctors. Please keep each member of the Jones family in your constant prayers. This amazing family needs our support, please reach out and lift them in any way you can. We pray that our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ will continue to bless this wonderful family. Thank you, brothers and sisters, for your unwavering faith and love during this difficult time.
