Spanish Fork River Stake is hosting a Virtual 5K
How to participate:
- Complete your walk/run before November 1st
- Pick your own route
- Track your time and take pictures
- Receive a free t-shirt for participating.

- After Nov 1. t-shirts will be available for pick up, just submit your time to ruthwahlquist@gmail.com and get instructions for pick up.
- Submit your pics to ruthwahlquist@gmail.com to be entered into the grand prize drawing. The grand prize is a beautiful picture of Christ you can hang in your home.
